A: If your shipping address was entered incorrectly, please email email@example.com. Please ensure to email us as soon as possible as we may ship your package within 24hrs and once shipped, you must contact the shipping company directly as they’ll need to change it in their system.

A: No. Bear ‘n Beaver is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
A: If your payment was declined, please check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.
A: Unfortunately, we cannot add more items to your order and charge your credit card. We will have to cancel the order and issue a full refund in order for you to place a new order with everything you wanted. Another option is to place a separate brand new order. Please note, if your order has been shipped, it’s too late to edit your order items.
